He is committed to meticulous craftsmanship, continuous learning, and ensuring every job is done right from the ground up. Jaret works daily in the field to ensure every customer receives reliable, top-tier service, though he's still convinced tracking down an intermittent system fault is harder than bagging a wary longbeard in the spring timber.

James brings sales expertise and business development skills to Three Jay Heating & Air, with almost 10 years of sales experience in different industries.

As a partner and Co-Founder, he is dedicated to providing top notch service and reliability, especially when it comes to keeping the Upstate cool. James's approach is rooted in the same values that Three Jay Heating & Air is built on: honest pricing, effective solutions, and long-term business relationships.

When James isn't working (a rare occurrence), you can find him golfing, skiing, or hanging out with his two Labrador retrievers, Brees and Blue.

Jim has nearly 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a background that includes installation, service, and diagnostics. Over the years, he’s worked in a variety of roles and enjoys the problem-solving side of the trade.
